Finding the Best Fit
As a franchisee, you have options when deciding on the actual building for your Pizza Ranch restaurant. And although Pizza Ranch, Inc. advises on the needed square footage based on the market opportunity, the franchisee decides on either owning the real estate or leasing space. This decision is often based on your business strategy, your availability of liquid cash, and the real estate opportunity within the market. Careful consideration is also given to matching the right opportunity with the appropriate investment level.
Free-Standing Model Restaurant
Widely recognized as the Pizza Ranch restaurant, this design is the top choice for new restaurants. Seating 200-250 guests with approximately 4,800–6,200 sq. ft., this restaurant sits on a land parcel of approximately 55,000 sq. ft.
Maintaining the distinct Pizza Ranch design, strip center in-line or end-cap spaces are retrofitted to Pizza Ranch standards.
Customers will know they’re in for a great dining experience the minute they walk through our front door. A welcoming ranch-theme interior, comfortable tables and booths, and the availability of our community meeting room, all add to the experience.
The interior package is already determined by Pizza Ranch and installation is handled for franchisees. It’s another way for our guests to have a consistent Pizza Ranch brand experience.
Whether franchisees build their restaurant from the ground-up or retro-fit an existing space, Pizza Ranch works with approved architects who understand the brand and create design layouts maximizing a space’s potential.
