With the assistance of site analysis tools combined with years of historical data, we have a good understanding of the key success factors. With your opportunity and profitability in mind, our team works to help you secure a site that will work for your success.

Here are a few things we look at:

  • Proximity to retail, schools, rooftops
  • Demographics
  • Visibility
  • Egress and ingress
  • Investment level

Site Selection

  • 1.4-1.7 acres for ground-up,  model restaurant
  • 100-120 parking places minimum
  • Demographic requirements - population, daytime employees, median age & income, restaurant dollars
  • Traffic count - minimum 15,000 vehicles per day
  • Good access & visibility
  • Preference of high retail area/restaurant row
  • Signage (minimum of 2 building signs in addition to pylon  or monument sign)
  • Pick-up/Drive-up window access
  • Ability to "brand" exterior to Pizza Ranch standards


Store Design & Construction

Pizza Ranch’s dedicated construction team provides input on the square footage needed for the market and then works with the architects and engineers to ensure the design standards are satisfied throughout the drawings and specifics of the restaurant. The construction team will also work closely with you and your general contractor and suppliers to ensure that the construction process is completed efficiently and according to standards.
